What counts as one workspace?

One active raise = one workspace. Co-founders, advisors, and operating partners share that workspace. If you're raising for two companies at once, you'd want two workspaces.

Can I add co-founders and advisors without paying per seat?

Yes — plans are per workspace and there is no per-seat fee. Raise includes 3 full editor seats (Pro: unlimited), and advisors or angels who simply share their network to open warm paths don't use an editor seat.

What do I actually get on Free?

The whole database is searchable and your CRM and pipeline are unlimited — Free is a real place to map the landscape. Each search shows you the top 150 results (we always tell you how many matched in total), and warm intro paths show up as "a path exists" without the names. Raise opens the full result list, the names, and the paths.

What happens when my raise is done?

Your workspace stays. Keep it in read-only between raises or downgrade to Free. Your data, notes, and relationship graph remain — ready for the next round.

Are my Gmail and LinkedIn data shared with other customers?

Never. Workspaces are fully isolated. Gmail tokens are per-user, not workspace-shared. LinkedIn imports stay in your workspace and feed your relationship graph only.

What is Enterprise, and who is it for?

Enterprise is for organisations running many raises at once — accelerators, venture studios, VC platform teams, and larger groups. It adds unlimited workspaces (one per company or cohort), central admin over roles and access, a portfolio view across every active raise, custom onboarding with a named contact, plus invoicing, a DPA, and a security review. Pricing is annual and quoted to your setup — email hello@getoka.ai.
